No I didn't win, neither of my horses placed.
I did wear one of my vintage summer dresses I fit into before Amelie came along, and it fits perfectly, so I accessorised it with black including black nail polish for that 'edgy' look.
We went out for lunch at Hu Tong Dumpling Bar before the race with some friends, the best dumplings I have ever had and freshly made (you can even see them making them in the open kitchen).
Then home to watch the race, put on my fascinator and enjoy a glass of cider.
